Young Gee was born in Salinas California Decmber 19, 1986. His family moved from Cali when he was 3 years old & found themselves a new home in Salt Lake City Utah. Raised in Rose Park & always fasinated with hip-hop, Young Gee grabbed something he loved & ran with it . Gee started doin music at the age of 16. He linked up with Fatal & Georgee Vee two of his closest homies & created the power house group Sucka Ducka Production! They came out with their first album “Sucka Ducka World” back in 2005. After receiving great feed back & revenue from the album Young Gee then started to invest a lot more time & money in to the label. Working with Fatal back in 2007 for the releasing of “Another Take Down, Welcome to the Bossatch”. In the middle of working on the album Young Gee went to jail for some warrants he had from 2002. This put a major stop in production. After doing a small stretch of 6 month in county jail Young Gee took a small break so that he can regroup & try to get things back to the way they were! A lot of wins & many losses later, after a couple years Young Gee finally got everything back on track! Releasing “Another Takedown, Welcome to the Bosstach” in 2012 then releasing “Another Dose of Game” in 2013 with group member Payne. In 2014 Young Gee invested even more money to the label for expansion & promotion. Linking up with major artist out of the bay area such as J-Diggs, Coolio Da’Unda’Dogg, Miami The Most, Playa Jay Tee of In2 Deep, Boss Hogg etc. helped launched Sucka Ducka to be the power house group that they are today! Now working with GT Digital Distribution our hard work & dedication is starting to pay off, the hardest part is to keep the motivation going & never give up! In late 2014 Young Gee linked up with a talented artist out of Salt Lake City (Young Squigg) & started working on an album called “The Problem” witch will be released in February of 2016 but it doesn’t stop there! In late 2015 Young Gee decided that he wanted to do a little more than just the music scene so he jumped into the clothing business releasing “Grams & Zips” for his clothing line & also getting ready to release is solo album “That Ducka Shit” in July of 2016! Things have been crazy but we keep on progressing no matter what the obstacle & we’ll keep pushing for a bigger & better outcome!
