Soul Town’s Well Connected contains second-tier cuts and also-ran singles from such stars as Too $hort, Luniz, C-Bo, Flesh N Bone, Richie Rich, B-Legit and Snoop Dogg, plus tracks from such underground and unknown rappers as 3XCrazy, Black C and Whoridas. There’s some good material here, especially from the well-known artists, but on the whole, it’s too uneven to be of interest to most listeners.
