Hip-Hop’s Most Wanted is a strong collection of mid-’90s hits, including Dr. Dre’s “Keep Their Heads Ringin’,” and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s “1st of Tha Month,” a remix of Ice Cube’s “What Can I Do,” and 2-Pac’s “So Many Tears.” It’s by no means a comprehensive collection or a definitive portrait of the music, and it is weighted down by some mediocre tracks, but it’s a highly enjoyable sampler.
