Siah and Yeshua DapoED is a New York-based hip hop duo. They released their 1996 debut album The Visualz EP on Bobbito Garcia’s famous record label Fondle ‘Em Records.The group’s song “The Cure for Stagnation” appears on the 1998 compilation album Deeper Concentration.” “A Day Like No Other”, a remix of the group’s song “A Day Like Any Other”, was released on Mary Joy Records in 1998. The track features Yeshua DapoED, Murs, EL-P, and Shing02 freestyling over beats from the original song.

There are few albums that seem to transcend time to become instant classics. Not to be confused with whoever the hell that is on the album cover, Yeshua Dapoed & Siah are two cats in it to win it. Their unique style, which blends a cool, mellow and laid-back delivery with lyrics that will make you rewind again and again, is one of the defining pieces of this album. Equally impressive is the span of jazz-influenced productions, which match the MCs in tempo and delivery, making for a perfect final product. Content consists of line after line of very vivid imagery, hence the title of the album. This is that classic.
