Seel Fresh – Nickel Pimp (VLS) (2002) (FLAC + 320 kbps)
Chicago graffiti artist turned rapper Seel Fresh made plenty noise in the 00’s starting off with his self-issued “Third Strike” 12-inch in early 2002 with beats from Panik (Molemen) and appearances from Chi-town legend JUICE. From this point though, it took until 2006 for Seel’s official debut album “Trife Life” to surface on Rap Star Records.
Rap Star is also the label that put out this 12-inch right here back in 2002, which features the debut album’s lead single “Nickel Pimp” produced by Dug Infinite. Also included are the to this vinyl exclusive tracks “Generation Lost” produced by Mind and “I Didn’t Know” produced by Noble (of fellow Chicago crew Record Playas).
