Melle Mel – Mama (Promo VLS) (1996) (FLAC + 320 kbps)

Uses the famous piano sample of “Ike’s Mood” by Isaac Hayes and portions of “I Love You (Remix)” by Mary J. Blige. The version on this release is quite different to the one on Str8 Game. The official version seems to have been remade and features newly recorded parts in the chorus, whereas the rap part is the same recording. It was probably done in order to avoid sampling issues though it still uses the same Isaac Hayes sample.
