Little Shawn (later known as Shawn Pen), from Brooklyn, made his debut with a 12″ on Select in 1987, then later was on “5 Men And A Mic”, from Special Ed’s 2nd album. For a relatively unknown rapper, Shawn made quite a mark in the hip-hop world.

Shouted out by Biggie on Party & BS… supposedly played a role in introducing Nas & AZ… was set to record with 2Pac, when Pac was robbed & shot, on the way to the studio in 94… ghostwriter for Father MC… served a bid in the feds from 1998 to 2003, for drug trafficking… became an author and screenwriter.
