The 90s/2000s hiphop duo “I.L” is/was from Chicago area made up with with the emcees Neptunius and Lyricil. There is not much information out there on the net about these guys, please let me know if you can find tracklistings or a better CD! This CD only has Recital of the Illest written on it in large letters, not a CD-R but no other information able to be found.
