”Imagine: Hip Hop, Jazz & Reggae all mashed up into a live experience. We call that sound ‘Organica’. This is my first truly live album and it was also a really great opportunity to write songs about city life, looking for love and hanging unto hope no matter the cost. I wrote using simple language and not my usual ‘University of What did you Say?’ type of complicated discourse. Performing live has taught me that Poetry can be rythmic, cool and fun too. So I hope you’ll enjoy the music, the message and spirit of this record.
