Hi-C – Skanless (Reissue CD) (1991-2004) (FLAC + 320 kbps)

He was born in New Orleans, but his family relocated to Compton. Hi-C also used Spanish in one of his songs. “I’m Not Your Puppet” was featured on the “Low Rider Vol. V” compilation. He is known for his high-pitched voice and raunchy, humourous lyrics. He worked together with DJ Quik, 2nd II None and AMG. More recently, Hi-C followed the lead of other west coast rappers such as Snoop Dogg and Mack 10 in recording for a southern record company – in his case Rap-a-Lot Records. Hi-C also worked on the soundtrack of the movie CB4.
