The dude behind this is Ateezzy (Tony Thomas or probably Anthony Thomas which how he adopted his initial rap moniker “A.T.”). In 1998 he released a single titled “Big Daddy”. After those releases, it seems A.T. adopted the “Big Daddy” moniker for his subsequent projects, including this “sound track” release. Apparently there actually is a “Checking Paper” movie.
