I think the Ballhogz group/collective, from Cleveland, Ohio, is comprised mainly of Shoboat & J. Hornsby (credited as J. Hornsby on the front and in the insert, but as “J.Hornsby” on the back cover). I’m not sure if Mall Manson, Meech Flame and Playboy Slim are part of Ballhogz or just uncredited features (the 3 of them are only mentioned on the front cover).
