In late October of 2021 we flew to Oahu, Hawaii to spend 5 days in a rehearsal studio to record music. This is the result… 808 is the area code of Hawaii hence the name 545 808.

545 stands for 5 songs by 4 turntablists in 5 days. In the beginning our goal was to simply make 5 songs that we were all happy with, However… we tend to record more than 5 songs. For this project in Hawaii we actually recorded 30 songs and picked these 10 songs that we felt belonged together for this particular album. We hope to release the rest of the songs at a later date. We hope you enjoy!
