Street Connect are E.T., Struc Val, B.O.B., and Monterey. They represent South Jamaica, Queens. Their debut album, produced by Phil Rust, combines street flavor with musical innovation. The group has a unique vocal style with melodic, multi-layered hooks as their signature. The lyrics are largely drawn on personal experience: hustling in the streets to provide for their families. The group has a strong local following. Street Connect feature on the Lost Boyz’ CD “LB IV Life,” and Mr. Cheeks makes a guest appearance on their debut album.
