After another year of successful releases in 1995, the group entered the studio to record what would be their last full-length release. In the vein of Outbreed, Head Trauma successfully blended their hip-hop style ambitions with their previous elements of horror, resulting in the disc’s instant classic “Nosferatu”. Staying true to the path they paved with Outbreed, the disc contained another fan favorite with “Slip Into Reality”, an ode to the troubled minds of the members. Hektic’s verse would be revised and rerecorded for Twiztid’s album, Mostasteless, for the song “Renditions of Reality”. An alliance with fellow Detroit rap success Insane Clown Posse took HOK on the road to tour nationally during ICP’s “Great Milenko” tours.
